Our activities include training workshops and seminars, mentorship and peer support, community coffee hangouts and networking events, wellbeing and community connection activities, cultural and intergenerational events, leadership and skills development, community outreach, digital learning and volunteering opportunities.

Black and Interracial Women in Bradford (BIWIB) is one of the programmes through which iAccend Initiative CIC creates opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to connect, learn and build meaningful relationships across communities.
Women’s empowerment is central to iAccend’s work, with a focus on developing skills, confidence, leadership, networks and opportunities for women to thrive.
