Who We Are

Creating Positive Community Impact

iAccend Initiative CIC exists to strengthen communities by creating opportunities for people, particularly women and underserved groups, to connect, participate, learn, lead and thrive.

We deliver inclusive programmes that bring people together through mentorship, skills development, community engagement, leadership development, wellbeing, networking and social impact activities. Our work is rooted in dignity, equality, participation and belonging, helping people build confidence, develop supportive relationships and feel connected to the communities in which they live.

Sustainability

At iAccend Initiative CIC, we embed sustainability, inclusion and social impact across everything we do.

Through programmes such as Black and Interracial Women in Bradford (BIWIB) and our Project Management workshops, we create opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to connect, learn and build meaningful relationships across communities.

Women’s empowerment is central to our work, with a focus on building skills, confidence, leadership, networks and opportunities for women to thrive.

Our work supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Gender Equality, Reduced Inequalities, and Sustainable Cities and Communities.
