We envision communities where people from different backgrounds can come together, build meaningful relationships, share their experiences and contribute confidently to a stronger and more connected society.
Mission Statement
iAccend Initiative CIC exists to strengthen communities by creating opportunities for people—particularly women and underserved groups—to connect, participate, learn, lead and thrive. We deliver inclusive programmes that bring people together through mentorship, skills development, community engagement, leadership development, wellbeing, networking and social impact activities. Our work is rooted in dignity, equality, participation and belonging, helping people build confidence, develop supportive relationships and feel connected to the communities in which they live.
